The Frequency Allocation Board in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the supply and commissioning of a sophisticated Spectrum Monitoring System. This high-tech procurement is intended for the establishment of the Islamabad Monitoring Station situated within the FAB Headquarters building. The project involves the installation of RF sensors, monitoring systems with GIS support for automated bearing visualization, and comprehensive reporting tools capable of spectrum trace and audio recording. The bidding process is conducted through a single-stage, two-envelope procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible participants must be original manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2026, to clarify technical requirements. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026. Hardcopy or manual submissions will not be accepted, ensuring a fully digital and transparent evaluation process.
