The Gun and Country Club in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed proposals from reputable firms and contractors for the supply of furniture, library accessories, and related electrical works. This project is specifically for the development of a Library Cum Cafe facility located adjacent to the Pakistan Sports Complex. The scope of work includes providing high-quality bookshelves, cafe seating, tables, and executing necessary electrical installations to ensure a functional and aesthetic environment. Bidders must follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure for submission. Eligibility requirements include active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, along with a professional tax certificate. Furthermore, interested parties must provide documentary evidence of at least three similar projects completed in public sector organizations over the last three years. Detailed tender documents and evaluation criteria can be obtained directly from the club's administration. All technical and financial bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with the formal opening scheduled shortly thereafter.
