Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Jhelum in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed bids through the E-PADS portal for several infrastructure development schemes within the district. The scope of work includes the construction of a street in Village Dhok Bidder, UC Nara, the construction of a street and nullah near Liaqat Town in Tehsil Dina, and the construction of PCC near Punjab College Dina Bypass. These projects are estimated to cost approximately 2.773 million, 2.089 million, and 3.40 million Rupees respectively. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors registered on E-PADS for the year 2025-26 must submit their electronic bids by 1:00 AM on 23 May 2026. Additionally, a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded to E-PADS, with the original CDR submitted to the District Council office before the closing deadline. Bids will be opened publicly via the E-PADS system at 1:30 PM on the same day in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives
