Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA) invites electronic bids through the e-PADS portal for the rehabilitation of Area Development Schemes in Yazman Extension and Burewala. The projects involve significant infrastructure and civil works with estimated costs of PKR 152.5 Million and PKR 44.2 Million respectively. Eligible contractors must be registered with the PEC (Category C-4 or C-2 and above), FBR, and PRA with active taxpayer status. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
