Description / Scope of Work
The International Islamic University, Islamabad in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids through the Electronic Procurement and Advertisement System (EPADS) for the supply of uniforms and accessories for male security guards. This procurement aims to provide standardized and high-quality apparel for the university's security personnel for the upcoming session. Eligible suppliers and contractors must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and maintain an active status on the Taxpayers List. The bidding process follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules, requiring a pay order of 10,000 Rupees as a tender fee in favor of the university. Detailed specifications for the uniforms and associated accessories can be downloaded from the official IIUI or PPRA websites. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal. Hard copies of the bid security and earnest money in the form of a bank draft or pay order must also reach the procurement office by the specified deadline. The final date for the submission of electronic bids is 10:30 AM on 03 June 2026, with the financial opening scheduled shortly thereafter at 11:00 AM.
