Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA), under the Ministry of Communications, invites sealed tenders for the international competitive procurement (IOCT/N-5/Phase I-A/Section-8) involving the 'Reconstruction of National Highway N-5 under Pakistan's Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Framework Project'. This multi-million dollar infrastructure assignment focuses on Section-8, covering a 31 KM patch of the Nowshera-Peshawar Road. Financed by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), the procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
