The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed national competitive bids from registered firms, suppliers, and manufacturers for the Procurement of FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) Manhole Covers for the hospital's sewerage system under tender reference PRO/286/2025. Eligible participants must maintain valid National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST) registrations, provide active business profile information, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding will be executed via a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Bidders are required to submit completed technical and financial bid forms, certified general information forms, and an official signed affidavit on a 100 PKR non-judicial stamp paper affirming their non-blacklisted status and compliance with all terms. All technical proposals must also include a verified original bid security instrument.
