Description / Scope of Work
Public Health Engineering Division Okara is inviting tenders for the construction and pavement of PCC, tuff tiles sewerage, disposal and water supply scheme for Chak No. 19/1-AL, Akhtar Abad, Tehsil Renala Khurd, District Okara, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 187.638 million. This comprehensive infrastructure development scheme encompasses PCC road pavement works, tuff tile installations, sewerage system construction, disposal facilities and complete water supply infrastructure for the designated area in Okara district.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C4 and above (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10) and must hold current registration with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN). A bid security of Rs. 9,381,893 (5 percent of estimated bid cost) is required. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Successful bidders must furnish a performance guarantee as per PPRA Rule 56. Bidders must quote rates against each item in the DNIT and BOQs with complete financial documentation; incomplete bids will be rejected.
E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 28 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the Executive Engineer's office near Old Kacheri, Okara. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. Bids are valid for 90 days.
