Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, Sheikhupura invites sealed electronic bids from eligible registered contractors for the Rehabilitation of Sewerage and Drainage Scheme at Ward No. 1 & 2, Mandialy, Tehsil Ferozewala, District Sheikhupura, under deposit work for the financial year 2026–27. The project scope encompasses construction of drains, sullage carriers, PCC pavement, tuff tile work, RCC sewers, installation of one complete 2-cusec self-priming engine-driven mobile dewatering pump set, manholes, structures, outfall and allied works. The estimated project cost is Rs. 73,263,767 with a completion period of four months from commencement date.
Bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in C-4 category or above with relevant specialization codes CE01, CE09 and ME06 for the financial year 2026–27. All bids must be accompanied by digital bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 3,663,188). Bidders are required to have completed at least one similar contract valued at or exceeding Rs. 36,631,884. Registration on the EPADS 2.0 portal of Punjab PPRA website (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) is mandatory, and bids must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and applicable PPRA e-Procurement instructions.
Electronic bid submission closes on 28 September 2026 at 10:30 AM through the EPADS portal. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Sheikhupura, in presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Financial proposals from technically responsive bidders will be opened on a later date and time to be announced.
