The Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company in Sheikhupura, Punjab invites sealed bids from registered manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers for the printing and installation of two hoarding vinyl structures measuring ninety feet by thirty feet at Quaid-e-Azam Business Park. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Sales Tax and Income Tax and remain active on the taxpayers list. Eligible companies must demonstrate at least five years of experience in works of similar nature and complexity, including at least two projects of a similar size valued above two million Rupees within the last five years. The procurement process follows a single-stage one-envelope basis under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All technical and financial proposals must be compiled, signed, stamped, and uploaded digitally via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. A mandatory bid security of forty thousand Rupees, reflecting two percent of the estimated cost, must be attached electronically and delivered in original format to the Planning and Contracts office.
