The Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Lora in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed electronic bids via the provincial EPADS system for the Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery. Funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, this specialized engineering and supply procurement operates under a single-stage, two-envelope competitive procedure (Technical and Financial) following KPPRA Rules 2014. The project involves the custom fabrication and supply of multi-category heavy municipal waste management units on chassis provided directly by the TMA, split across specific engineering lots: Lot 1 for the supply and fabrication of one Front-End Loader and Backhoe unit, Lot 2 for two 1.0-1.5 M3 Mini Tippers, and Lot 3 for one heavy-duty Tractor Trolley built to technical specifications. Participating manufacturers, fabricators, and specialized mechanical engineering firms must hold an active and renewed Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration, carry valid NTN and GST tax profiles, and possess established 3S facilities (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) within the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Bidders ust upload encrypted electronic proposals and physically submit a mandatory two percent original bid security deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made out to the TMO TMA Lora before the afternoon evaluation deadline."
