Description / Scope of Work
The Livestock & Dairy Development (Extension) Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the procurement of Laboratories Equipment under the developmental scheme Integrated Livestock Development Program Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-1) for the financial year 2025-26. This tender is issued under the framework agreement as per KPPRA rules and is open to manufacturer firms, authorized dealers, and importers duly registered with sales tax, income tax, and KPPRA. The procurement will be conducted in Peshawar at the Civil Secretariat Warsak Road Complex, the headquarters of the Livestock Fisheries & Cooperatives Department.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with relevant tax authorities and KPPRA. A Bid Security of Rs. 0.642 million is required from all interested bidders, issued from the bidders' account in the form of CDR in the name of Project Director Integrated Livestock Development Program Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-1). This security must be attached with the bid documents at the time of submission. Single Stage single envelope procedure will be followed for this procurement.
Sealed Offers and Bids must be submitted online through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing date and time of 04/06/2026 at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same date at 02:00 PM online through EPADs in the office of the Project Director at Livestock Fisheries & Cooperatives Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Civil Secretariat Warsak Road Complex Peshawar. In case of force majeure or situation beyond control, opening will be deferred to the next working day at the same time and place. Standard Bidding Documents are available online through EPADS and during office hours from the Project Director's office at Civil Secretariat Warsak Road Complex Peshawar.
