Description / Scope of Work
The National Logistics Cell (NLC) invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 36(a) on a Single Stage One Envelope basis with Commercial Offers only for the provisioning of printing material for NLC Printing Press. This tender, referenced as Tender No. 45/Central Proc of Printing, is open exclusively to authorized and competent firms meeting the requisite qualification criteria. The procurement encompasses the supply of printing materials required for operational support of the NLC Printing Press facility located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Eligible bidders must be registered, authorized suppliers with demonstrated experience in providing printing materials and supplies to government or semi-government organizations.
Bid security of Rs. 100,000 (One lac) must be attached with the offer; bids submitted without the required security will be rejected outright. The tender fee is fixed at Rs. 2,000. Prospective bidders are required to meet all qualification criteria and possess relevant documentation as specified in the bidding requirements. Sealed tenders must be submitted at NLC Printing Press Mandra on or before 09 June 2026 by 1100 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1130 hours. A pre-bid meeting will be held at HQ NLC, Harding Road Support Branch Conference Room on 01 June 2026 at 1030 hours to address queries and clarifications.
