Manufacturing of Manhole Covers

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Hafizabad invites bids for the manufacturing of manhole covers in Hafizabad, Punjab. This procurement is valued at Rs. 3,397,305.00 and will be executed through the e-PADS platform of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. The project involves the supply and manufacturing of manhole covers meeting WASA specifications and standards for water and sanitation infrastructure development in Hafizabad.

Eligible bidders must be contractors, firms, or companies registered on e-PADS with a valid license from PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) in category C-5 or above, specializing in code CE-10. Bidders must be registered with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN status. The bid security requirement is 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 169,900.00, which must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, PO, Demand Draft, or Banker Cheque in favor of Deputy Director (Engg)-II, WASA. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted at D-30 Model Town, Hafizabad on or before the bid opening date.

Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 8 June 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1:30 AM. Bidders must quote rates against each item of DNIT/BOQS and bids quoted as percentage of estimated cost will be rejected.
