Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites proposals from eligible Event Management Firms for organizing the Islamabad Hospitality Summit. This procurement is conducted through electronic Request for Technical and Financial Proposals on a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per Rule 36(a) of PPRA. The prospective Event Management Company or Firm Sole Proprietor must be duly registered with PPRA on EPADS and possess current NTN registration with FBR to demonstrate eligibility and qualifications as detailed in the Request for Proposal document. The assignment encompasses full event organization and management services for the hospitality summit in Islamabad, Federal Province, with comprehensive technical and financial requirements outlined in the RFP documentation available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
Eligible bidders must submit proposals through the EPADS portal online at www.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 5 June 2026 at 02:00 PM. Proposals prepared in accordance with RFP instructions must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 1.5 million in the form of a Pay Order or CDRs issued in favor of the CDA Procurement and Contracts Department. The prospective Event Management Company, Firm, or Sole Proprietor shall upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security on E-PADS and provide the original pay order or CDR before the opening of Technical Proposals. Notification of Grievance Redressal Committee constitution is published in accordance with Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rule, 2004.
Technical and Financial Proposals will be opened on 5 June 2026 at 02:30 PM in the office of the Director P&CA-II, Room 31 (First Floor), Block III, CDA Headquarters G-7/4, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who opt to attend.
