Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Kahror Pacca, a public healthcare facility in Punjab, invites electronic bids through the e-Procurement System (EPADS) for a framework contract covering the procurement of eight distinct lots of essential medical supplies and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated value across all lots is approximately 55 million rupees, with individual lot values ranging from 2 to 15 million rupees. The procurement encompasses medicines and surgical disposable items for laboratory purposes (15 million), pathology lab items (7 million), general store items (15 million), stationery items (5 million), X-ray films and chemicals (3 million), IT equipment (2 million), medical gases (3 million), and printing services (5 million). All items are required for delivery by 30th June 2027. The hospital is located in Kahror Pacca, Okara District, Punjab, Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments, and must possess a valid professional tax certificate for the financial year 2026-27 from the Excise and Taxation Department. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement System (EPADS) and shall not be blacklisted by any government department or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if legally authorized. Joint ventures, consortiums, and associations are permitted with joint and several liability for all members. Each bid must be accompanied by a scanned bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost of the respective lot, with the original security instrument submitted as CDR, pay order, or stamp paper affidavits prior to the bid submission deadline.
Bidding documents are available for download immediately from www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted online at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 13th June 2026 at 09:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:00 AM. Original bid security instruments must be submitted physically at the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kahror Pacca, before the closing deadline. Late bids will be rejected.
