Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority invites sealed competitive bids for the fabrication and supply of suction machines with a capacity of 4500 liters. The estimated procurement cost is 286 million Pakistani rupees. This procurement aims to procure high-quality suction machines that meet specified technical requirements and standards for water and sanitation infrastructure development across Punjab province. The scope includes complete fabrication, supply, delivery, installation support, testing, and warranty of the equipment as detailed in the technical specifications and general conditions of contract.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess valid business registration. Eligible bidders include local manufacturers, suppliers, and authorized distributors meeting the qualification criteria outlined in the bidding documents. A bid security deposit is required as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. All bids must comply with the stated technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual terms. Bidders are required to provide performance guarantees and maintain spare parts availability throughout the warranty period as per contract conditions.
