Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites proposals for pre-qualification through e-PADS from well-reputed and financially sound firms, vendors, and suppliers having established offices in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for renovation work and repair maintenance services during the Current Financial Year 2025-26. The scope of work includes repair and maintenance of five washrooms and fixation of tiles work in room number 612 at the Ministry of Commerce premises located in Islamabad, Federal Province. The project encompasses supply, fixation, commissioning, and one-year maintenance work with all necessary materials, consumables, and services required for complete execution.
Eligible bidders must have their own complete setup including repair centers or workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for repair and maintenance operations. Firms are required to possess General Sales Tax Registration, National Tax Number (NTN), and be listed on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must provide an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp papers duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming that the firm has never been blacklisted by any Government Department or involved in litigation with government entities. A performance guarantee of 2% of the total bill value in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Successful bidders must provide one-year warranty on all materials and workmanship and shall replace defective parts free of cost if defects appear during the warranty period.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the Ministry of Commerce Website and the e-PADS PPRA website. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS web portal only; manual submissions are not acceptable. Prospective bidders must register at the e-Web portal of e-PADS PPRA (Federal) using the provided link https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Bids must be received before the closing date of 9 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 hours through e-PADS.
