AFIC-NIHD Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from manufacturers, importers, and chemists/distributors holding valid DRAP authorization for the supply of critical cardiac implants and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) kits required for capacity enhancement of cardiac services during the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes five units of membrane extracorporeal oxygenator kits with accessories (ECMO kit), twenty-three transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) valves with accessories, five leadless VR2 cardiac pacemakers, and ten leadless AV2 cardiac pacemakers. Suppliers are required to offer maximum rebates and discounts without compromising quality, standards, and specifications. The tender is being advertised in Rawalpindi, Federal Province, Pakistan.
Bidders must be registered with the Government of Pakistan for income, sales, and professional taxes and must maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's list for purchase of medical stores and implants. All bidders must possess valid authorization from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). Bidding will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules, and firms blacklisted by GHQ, Federal, Provincial Governments, or any government institute are ineligible to participate.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the Medical Stores office at AFIC-NIHD during working hours upon payment of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Sealed bids must be submitted in a single package containing two separate envelopes marked respectively as Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal before 08 June 2026 at 10:00 hours. Technical evaluation will commence at 11:00 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals will be opened following technical evaluation completion at a date, time, and venue to be announced in advance.
