Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Institute of Urology & Transplantation (SIUT), a 150-bedded tertiary care teaching hospital providing comprehensive care to patients with renal and related diseases, invites pre-qualification of established and reputed importers, authorized distributors, and sole agents for the supply of surgical disposable consumables including dressing items and liquid solutions for the financial year 2025-26 in Karachi, Sindh. This pre-qualification initiative aims to ensure the highest standards of transparency and quality in procurement. The estimated value of this pre-qualification for low-value items is designated for the year 2025-27, with interested vendors required to be Sales Tax and Income Tax registered active taxpayers.
Vendors seeking pre-qualification must meet eligibility criteria set by SIUT and can obtain pre-qualification documents from the CRS Department located at Ground Floor, Gate No. 3, Transplant Tower, SIUT, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 in the form of a Pay Order issued in the name of Director SIUT. The payment period for document collection extends from 25-05-2026 to 15-06-2026. Provision of false, fabricated, or materially incorrect information will result in disqualification from the process.
Sealed proposals for pre-qualification must be submitted at 11:00 am on 16-06-2026 (Tuesday) and will be opened at 11:30 am the same day at the Pearl Hall, SIUT Trust Hospital (Shahrah-e-Faisal), Karachi.
