Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the selection of a training company or consortium to deliver artificial intelligence capacity building services under the National Artificial Intelligence Advancement Initiative. This procurement is open to eligible companies and consortiums duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0, the electronic procurement platform, on or before June 8, 2026 at 02:00 PM. The bidding process includes a pre-meeting scheduled for June 1, 2026 at 02:00 PM at the Ministry's office located in Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be properly registered with relevant tax authorities and maintain valid taxpayer status. All participating companies and consortiums are required to submit comprehensive bidding documents in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender document. Bids must be signed and stamped; unsigned and unstamped documents will not be entertained. Late submissions will be rejected outright, so bidders are advised to submit well before the closing deadline.

Bidders must submit both online bids through EPADS 2.0 and original hard copies to the Ministry office before the closing time.
