Description / Scope of Work
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Islamabad invites proposals from event management firms for the pre-qualification process to manage trade promotional activities. This procurement is issued under rules 15 and 16 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and seeks to establish a roster of well-established event management firms with registered headquarters or main office in Islamabad. The firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department. The scope covers management of trade promotional activities executed by TDAP Islamabad on behalf of the Ministry of Commerce Government of Pakistan. Eligible firms must have well-established headquarters or office in Islamabad and must be registered with both the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department. The prequalification document contains detailed eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and submission instructions that prospective bidders must carefully review and comply with to ensure their proposals meet all mandatory conditions.
Proposals prepared in accordance with the instructions in the prequalification document must be submitted to TDAP's Islamabad regional office located at State Life building no. 5, First Floor, Nazimuddin Road, China Chowk, F-6, by 10 June 2026. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 3 pm at the TDAP Islamabad regional office. TDAP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals under PPRA rules.
