Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites bids for the procurement of 15 armoured personnel carriers (APCs) during the financial year 2025-26 through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) PPRA portal. Interested bidders and firms possessing valid NTN/STRN registration are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process for Islamabad Police. The tender documents, including detailed terms, conditions and specifications, are available for download from the official PPRA website at www.eprocure.gov.pk, enabling vendors to review requirements before submission. All tendering procedures will be conducted through E-PADS system via PPRA portal with mandatory scanned copies of bid security documents submitted to the General Branch office of AIG Logistics at 11 H, Islamabad, with closing date of 10th June 2026 (Wednesday) at 11:00 AM and opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. All prospective suppliers and vendors are strongly advised to obtain E-PADS PPRA registration immediately to avoid delays and manual document handling complications. Islamabad Police retains the authority to increase or decrease the number of APCs according to budget requirements and budgetary allocations.
