Description / Scope of Work
Power Planning and Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites online bids through EPADS from eligible dealing firms for the procurement of 30 laptops. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process conducted under standard procurement regulations. The tender is valued at approximately Rs 400,000 (four hundred thousand) and is open to qualified vendors meeting the specified eligibility criteria. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before 10 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Manual submissions outside EPADS will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the PPMC Conference Room, Office No. 112, First Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, Agha Khan Road, F-5/1, Islamabad, Federal Pakistan.
Prospective bidders must possess valid business registration and relevant credentials as outlined in the bidding documents. The original bid security instrument amounting to Rs 400,000 in favor of Power Planning and Monitoring Company must be submitted to the PPMC office before the bid closing time; however, a scanned copy shall be uploaded with the bid documents on EPADS. All participating firms must meet the technical and financial qualification requirements specified in the tender documentation.
