Description / Scope of Work
MTI Hayatabad Medical Complex and its affiliated institutions in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invite bids through E-PADS for the procurement of medicines, surgical disposables, dressing materials, cotton gauze dressing, sterilized gauze dressing, suturing materials, laboratory chemicals and related consumables and non-consulting services under facility head and local purchase framework. The tender covers supply to MTI-HMC, KGMC, IKD, B&PSC and PICO through a national competitive bidding process. Bidders must be financially sound manufacturers, importers or authorized distributors registered with all relevant registration authorities including the Tax Department, FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 11-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of MTI-HMC Administration Block in Peshawar.
Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with KPPRA and maintain current tax and regulatory compliance. Original bid security in the form of CDR in the name of Hospital Director MTI-HMC must accompany the financial bid. Hard copy submission in sealed envelopes is mandatory before the tender closing date and time. All submitted and quoted rates under E-bids or proposals under framework contract shall remain valid through 30/06/2027.
Bid documents containing all terms, conditions, list of items, bidding methodology, evaluation procedures and specifications are available for download online from KPPRA official web portals at http://www.kppra.gov.pk, https://kp.easyaccess.gov.pk and www.lmskp.gov.pk before the closing date and time of 23-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids or proposals must be submitted online through E-PADS or in hard copy at the Supply Chain Management Department, Administration Block, MTI-HMC, Peshawar. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all E-bids or proposals at any time.
