Description / Scope of Work
The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites bids through the E-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) for the procurement of Fine Dhaka Grass under Tender No. UOR/PD/2025-26/22. This is a supply and laying contract for fine dhaka grass with turf development, landscaping and horticulture works at the university's designated site in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab. The estimated cost is PKR 4,498,950 and the procurement shall be executed on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis in strict accordance with specified requirements, terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure with a bid validity period of 30 days.
Bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms, contractors or suppliers with relevant experience in the supply and laying of fine dhaka grass, turf development, landscaping and horticulture works. Eligible bidders must be duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan. The bid security required is PKR 90,000 equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, to be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Treasurer, University of Rasul. A scanned PDF copy of the bid security must be uploaded online; bids without this document shall be rejected as non-responsive.
Tender documents are available free of cost on the university website (www.putrasul.edu.pk), the Punjab PPRA website (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and through the E-PADS portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 10-06-2026, with hard copies of original bid security submitted to the Directorate of Purchase and Store, University of Rasul before bid opening. Bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
