The Engineering Development Board (EDB), Ministry of Industries and Production, invites sealed bids for the provision of third-party verification services for electric two and three wheelers under the PAVE Scheme on a national basis. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted through a single stage-two envelope bidding process. The contract will involve comprehensive verification activities for electric two and three wheeler vehicles across Pakistan, ensuring compliance with scheme requirements and technical specifications. Bidders are required to demonstrate relevant experience and technical capability in third-party verification services for automotive or similar industries.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered entities with demonstrated financial capacity and net worth. Bidders must provide evidence of past experience and completed contracts in related verification services. A bid securing declaration must be submitted with the technical proposal. The procurement process follows standard bidding procedures with emphasis on technical competence and operational capacity to conduct nationwide verification activities for electric vehicle components and assemblies.
