Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a boundary wall, entrance gates and allied miscellaneous works at Cattle Market Bhatta Chowk in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This civil works project has been allocated funds under the FY 2025-26 procurement plan and will be executed as a national tendering process using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding documents provide comprehensive specifications, scope of work, price schedules and general and special conditions of contract for the project.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in this tendering process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or call deposit, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should review the detailed eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, work specifications and market rates provided in the standard bidding document before submitting their proposals.
The e-bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for all registered bidders. Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, June 12, 2026 at 01:00 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
