Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA) Lahore invites e-bids from technically and financially qualified contractors, firms and suppliers for the rehabilitation of roads, sewerage and construction of boundary wall with gates and gate pillars at the Fruit and Vegetable Market in Sargodha, Punjab. The project is valued at PKR 602,442,869 with a completion deadline of 30 December 2026. This is a significant infrastructure development project aimed at improving market facilities and operational efficiency in Sargodha.
Eligible bidders must be registered on E-PADs as per PPRA Regulations 2024 and hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-2 and above with specialized codes including CE01, CE09, CE10, CE11, EE11, BC01, BC04, EE04 and ME07. Contractors must be active filers and taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue possessing valid NTN and PNTN certificates, with regular social security deposits. A bid security of PKR 30,122,143 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, bank guarantee, demand draft or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan is mandatory and must be submitted to the tender opening committee before 12 June 2026 at 11:30 AM.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.eprocure.gov.pk starting 26 May 2026. Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS website by 12 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM. All bidders must submit a hard copy of technical documentation at the time of bid opening and ensure complete financial bids with rates quoted against each item of the detailed estimate and bill of quantities. Performance security of 10% of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder, valid until 28 days after defect liability certificate issuance. Bid validity period is 120 days.
