Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDC), a major national energy enterprise, invites sealed competitive e-bids through SAP ARIBA Discovery for multiple procurement services under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The tender encompasses five distinct service categories including transportation of material on call-out basis, supply of industrial paint, transportation of material by cranes at logistics field KGT Sarang, and services for internal and external coating of crude oil storage tanks. All services are required to support OGDC's operations across Federal locations. The combined scope covers essential logistics, material supply, and specialized coating services valued in the multi-million rupee range. Bid closing dates are staggered between 17 June 2026 and 18 June 2026, with bid opening scheduled 30 minutes after the respective closing times.
Eligible bidders must comply with PPRA procurement guidelines and possess relevant business registration, tax clearance, and industry-specific certifications as applicable to their proposed service category. Contractors bidding for crane transportation and tank coating services must demonstrate technical competency and valid equipment documentation. Bid security requirements are specified in tender documents and must accompany all submissions. Bidders are required to maintain corporate standing and demonstrate financial capacity to execute contracted services.
