KSB Pumps Company Ltd invites sealed tenders for the sale of scrap items and miscellaneous machines through an open auction process. This procurement involves two main categories: miscellaneous scrap of different items under a single bid requirement, and functional as well as non-functional miscellaneous machines each requiring individual bids. The auction is scheduled to take place on 16th June 2026, with item inspection available from 4th June 2026 to 11th June 2026 between 0900 to 1700 hours at the company premises located near Railway Lines on Hazara Road in Hayatabad, Peshawar, KPK. Prospective bidders must submit sealed quotations accompanied by security money of 03 Lac Pakistani Rupees in the form of a bank draft drawn in the name of M/s KSB Pumps Company Ltd. The bid security amount will be adjusted against the final payment to successful bidders after deduction of applicable taxes. All successful bidders are required to pay all applicable taxes and complete collection or removal of purchased material within the stipulated time period. Failure to collect materials within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bid security. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing reasons and may cancel the auction at any time without notice.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Head of Supply Chain at the Auction Committee office located at KSB Pumps Company Ltd near Railway Lines, Hazara Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar. The tender deadline for receipt of bids is 12:00 hours on 15th June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 16th June 2026.
