District Council Gujrat invites e-bids for the execution of five infrastructure and construction projects under the Current Financial Year Budget 2025-2026. The projects include construction of Dera Mirpurian road link connecting Pindi Jattan Tehsil Sarai Alamgir with estimated cost of Rs 78.48 million, construction of RCC culvert in village Awan Pura valued at Rs 6.94 million, construction of sludge carrier and Nullah GT road in Harianwala Chowk Gujrat at Rs 17.03 million, construction of Nullah village Gurdnawala at Rs 7 million, and rehabilitation and construction of streets and drains in Nullah village Baghawala at Rs 8 million. These projects aim to improve infrastructure and service delivery in Gujrat District, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms, contractors, or companies enlisted with relevant departments and registered on EPADS. Participants must possess valid PEC License in relevant category codes, active income tax certificate and FBR status, and valid professional tax registration where applicable. Bid Security is required at five percent of estimated cost, ranging from Rs 3,47,000 to Rs 39,24,000 depending on the project. All interested applicants must be registered on EPADS to participate. Bidders must not be blacklisted in PPRA or currently in litigation.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Activetenders.aspx and the EPADS website. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS with closing date of 22 June 2026 at 09:00 AM, and opening will occur at 11:30 AM on the same date. A scanned copy of original bid security must be attached with e-bids, while the hard copy should be submitted to the Infrastructure & Services Office, District Council Gujrat. The procurement process follows PPRA Rules 2014 under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Performance guarantees equivalent to five to ten percent of estimated cost must be deposited within fifteen days of work award. All terms, conditions, and specifications are available in the bidding documents and procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
