Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for repairs of cranes under tender reference IT-7215. The procurement shall be executed in accordance with PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. The work involves crane repairs with a delivery period of thirty days after contract signing. The tender will be procured on a FOR basis under a single stage two envelope bidding process. Bid submission is scheduled for June 17, 2026 at 10:30 AM with opening on the same date at 11:00 AM at the Supply Chain Management Directorate headquarters in Taxila Cantt, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with relevant government authorities and possess current NTN certificates. Required documents include photocopy of HIT registration or pre-qualification letter, attested copies of Sales Tax registration and NTN certificate, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the preceding year, attested CNIC of the CEO or Director, trade links with OEM in case of distributor or agent status, and a certificate on judicial paper worth Rs. 100 duly attested by an oath commissioner confirming the firm is neither defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organization. Bidders must also provide details of contracts and works experience with government or semi-government organizations during the last three financial years. A postal order of Rs. 2,000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate.
