National Telecommunication Corporation invites sealed bids for renting out 6,230 square feet of space on the 1st floor of its Regional Headquarters Building located at 6-Race Course Road in Lahore, Punjab. The tender notice reference PIDL1330725 is issued by the NTC Regional Director's office. The space is available for commercial lease on a monthly basis, with the prospective tenant required to submit a comprehensive business plan as part of the bid evaluation criteria. The minimum contract period is three years, which may be extended with mutual consent of both parties. Interested parties including public firms, private enterprises, contractors, and individuals are encouraged to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the income tax department, which is a mandatory requirement for participation. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 per tender document is required from all bidders. Earnest money refundable at 5% of the monthly bid value is also mandatory for participation in the tender process. Sealed bids must be submitted by 25-06-2026 at 11:00 hours, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours at the venue specified below. The opening of bids will be conducted from the base price or highest sealed bid, whichever is higher if required. All interested parties must quote their monthly rates for the total area.
