Description / Scope of Work
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Procurement Department, is inviting bids for the hiring of rental premises to establish a Sub-Zonal Office in the Baldia area of Karachi, Sindh Province. This procurement is classified as a non-consultancy service and is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget with reference number P115621. The scope involves securing suitable rental accommodation that meets operational requirements for SSGC's Baldia sub-zonal operations. The project is being executed through a transparent, competitive bidding process conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all requirements stipulated in the bidding document. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the document or by submission of a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Principal Method of Open Competitive Bidding, utilizing the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and relevant authority regulations.
E-bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/115621. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
