Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Karachi, is inviting sealed bids for rental office space to establish an Executive NADRA Registration Center in the DHA (Defence Housing Authority) Phase VIII area of Karachi, Sindh. The required space shall measure a total covered area of 3,500 to 6,000 square feet on ground floor. The location must be situated in DHA Phases VIII or DHA Karachi, ensuring visibility and easy accessibility by public transport, with parking arrangements for disabled visitors and prominent independent entrance with wide gate and adequate signage. The building must be commercial in nature, preferably, with feasible tenancy terms for a minimum period of ten years. Security must be easily visible and accessible by public transport. Roof space must accommodate satellite dish antenna and solar installations, with proper parking and public queue space.
Bidders must possess a valid approved Map, Site, NIC, NTN, GST and SST registration from the Concerned Authority. Completion and fitness certificate from the concerned building authority is mandatory. Bidders are required to submit an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper certifying the building is not permanently debarred from any government agency or department. No brokerage or service charges will be paid in case of real estate agents. NADRA reserves the right to exercise its power under PPRA Rule 33. Electronic bidding through ePADS portal is mandatory in accordance with single stage two envelope procedure, with detailed terms and conditions available at ePADS website.
Electronic bid documents must be submitted via ePADS at http://epadsgov.pk on or before 5th October 2026 (Monday) at 12:30 pm. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will open on the same day at 5th October 2026 (Monday) at 12:30 pm at NADRA Regional Head Office Karachi, 29-E Miran Mohammad Shah Road, M.A.C.H.S KDA Scheme-1, Karachi.
