SIUT is inviting sealed tenders for the supply of CCTV cameras, NVR (Network Video Recorder) and fiber accessories at BIUT (BIUT is a 300-bedded tertiary care hospital providing comprehensive care to patients with renal and related diseases), located in Benazirabad, Sindh Province. This tender is open to well-established and reputed suppliers, distributors and sole agents who are Sales Tax and Income Tax registered and active taxpayers for the year 2025-26. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 in the form of a Pay Order made payable to SIUT-BIUT. The tender documents and detailed information regarding terms and conditions can be obtained from the CRS department at the ground floor of DFMC, Karachi during working days between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. from June 4, 2026 to June 18, 2026.
Eligibility requirements include being an active taxpayer with valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration for the fiscal year 2025-26. Bidders must be well-established suppliers or authorized sole agents with relevant experience in supplying CCTV and networking equipment. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 must be submitted along with the bid as bid security. All documentation must clearly establish the bidder's credentials and tax compliance status.
Tender submission will take place at SIUT Trust Hospital, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi on Friday, June 19, 2026. The sealed tender must be submitted by 2:30 p.m., and bids will be opened at 3:00 p.m. on the same date in the presence of all interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
