The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids for the procurement of a crane mounted truck for Mangla Power Station in Punjab. This is a critical infrastructure acquisition under the Decade of Dams initiative, with a tender reference of ITR/1053-3 and EPADS ID F-26051892427. The project has a completion period of 180 days and is intended to support operations at the Mangla Power Station, a key hydroelectric facility contributing to Pakistan's energy generation and irrigation needs.
Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, or service providers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Tax Payer List (ATL). A bid security of PKR 2,450,000 is required, to be submitted in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order in favor of the Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla. The bid security in original form must reach the office before the bid closing time on June 22, 2026.
Electronic bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk for registered bidders. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 1000 hours on the submission date; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1030 hours at the office of the Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla. A Single Stage One Envelope procedure will be followed.
