National Telecommunication Corporation invites electronic bids for the repair and maintenance of NTC Quarters designated as E-1, E-2 and F-3 located at RTTS Colony on Tufail Road in Lahore Cantonment, Punjab. This tender is open to reputable firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The work scope encompasses comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the three residential quarters. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk for registered bidders.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be registered with taxation departments of Pakistan as active taxpayers including GST, PST and Income Tax, and maintain a registered office within Pakistan. Bidders must furnish undertakings on judicial stamp paper confirming they have never been involved in litigation with any government or semi-government organization and have never been blacklisted from any such entity. All goods, materials and store items including spares must have make and origin from countries other than Israel and India, with relevant documentation provided by the bidder. The required earnest money security is Rs. 22,000.00 in the form of a CDR or Pay Order in favor of the Director NTC Lahore.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 02 July 2026 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours at the Office of Director NTC, 6-Race Course Road, Lahore, in the presence of tenderers who wish to attend. The Grievance Redressal Committee notification constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA rules 2004 is available on EPADS and the NTC website.
