District Council Attock invites sealed bids through the E-PADS electronic procurement platform for the execution of four infrastructure development schemes during the 2025-26 financial year. The projects include rehabilitation and construction of path sewerage in Dhoke Chakian UC Basal Tehsil Jand with an estimated cost of 12.534 million rupees, rehabilitation and laying of sewerage lines in Azafi Abadi Kohat Road Sadqal Tehsil Fateh Jang valued at 11.9777 million rupees, construction and rehabilitation of Link Road Kali Dili Tehsil Jand with an estimated cost of 63.037 million rupees, and construction of link road and path in Dhoke Mirza Baba Village Golra Tehsil Attock valued at 20 million rupees. The total project value exceeds 107 million rupees, aimed at improving infrastructure connectivity and sanitation facilities across the district.
Bidding is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to all eligible contractors who have registered on E-PADS for the year 2025-26. Contractors must submit bids accompanied by bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a Cross Demand Receipt or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of District Council Attock. Additional performance security ranging from 5 to 10 percent may be required if the lowest bid is equal to or less than 5 percent below the estimated cost. All bids must be signed, stamped, and contain clearly readable item-wise quoted rates without ambiguity or incompleteness.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk and on the PPRA Punjab website. Sealed bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 02:00 PM PST on 18 June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 03:00 PM PST on the same day at the District Council Attock office in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Original bid security documents must be submitted by 01:00 PM on the closing date. Non-responsive, illegible, unsigned, or unstamped bids will be rejected. Upon acceptance, successful contractors must execute an agreement on government-specified stamp paper within seven days for issuance of the work order.
