Beautification and Infrastructure Improvement Works in Northern KPK Districts

The Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil Khwazakhela District Swat invites electronic bids from approved contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2025-26. The project involves beautification work including infrastructure improvement of pathways and improvement and rehabilitation of drains in urban centers of Khwazakhela and Kotani Tehsil Khwazakhela Swat in the northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated contract value is PKR 20 million with an engineering and management (EM) cost of 2 percent. The work falls under PEC Category C-6 and is intended to enhance public spaces, monuments, street lights, and green spaces across the region.

Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, active National Tax Number (NTN) registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), valid CNIC, and active Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government enlistment. Bidders must submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank. Bank cheques, pay orders, or guarantees are not acceptable. Bid securities must be prepared after NIT publication and reach the office of the Assistant Director LG&RDD at Village Bhattai NC Barkalay Tehsil Khwazakhela District Swat before the closing time.

Bids must be uploaded through the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) in a single stage single envelope format before 11:00 AM on 25 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. All bid documents must include duly signed BOQ and rate sheets, valid PEC license, CNIC, valid government enlistment certificate, active KPRA registration, active FBR status, and scanned 2 percent CDR. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the submission date. No hard copies are required except original CDR for bid security. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
