Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Pishtakhara District Peshawar invites sealed tenders for the improvement of street drain and its alignment work at Shinwari Bagh, Gharhi Sikandar Khan in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project is funded under ADP scheme No. 251268 (2025-26) titled "Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Peshawar" with an estimated cost of PKR 7.18 million. Tenders are being invited on the basis of single stage single envelope procedure from registered government contractors enlisted with PEC and the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.
Eligible contractors and firms must possess relevant codes as per PEC registration and have valid PEC and KPPRA registration (Active Tax Payer status) for the current financial year. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 143,600, must be prepared in favor of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Tehsil Pishtakhara and submitted both as a scanned copy on EPADS and in original hard form. Bidders must have a Centralized Enlistment Policy status and comply with KPPRA regulations regarding bid security and additional security requirements as notified.
Bid documents can be downloaded from EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and the KP-PPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk) after publication of the Notice Inviting Tender. The last date for online clarification is 15th June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with the electronic bid opening scheduled for 22nd June 2026 at 02:00 PM. Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADS before the closing time on 22nd June 2026 at 12:30 PM. Rates may be offered as percentage above or below or at par on engineer estimates.
