Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy District Education Officer M-EE Sialkot invites sealed electronic tenders for the procurement of air conditioner inverter equipment and related items. This is a single lot tender with an estimated procurement value of PKR 50,00,000 (fifty lakh rupees). The tender is open to well-reputed, financially sound and technically capable firms, suppliers and manufacturers who are duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan. The procurement will be conducted through the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System) portal in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
Eligible bidders must be registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 100,000, must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Demand Draft in favor of the Deputy District Education Officer M-EE Sialkot. The original bid security document must be submitted physically at the designated address at least one hour before the closing time. Failure to provide the required bid security will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://punjab eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 17th June 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 04:00 PM through E-Pads in the presence of bidders. All quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST and income tax in Pakistani Rupees.
