Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Vehari invites electronic bids through the EPAD system for the supply of IT equipment under single stage single envelope bidding procedure. The project scope includes procurement of desktop computers, laptops, laser printers, and smart LED televisions with comprehensive specifications and accessories. The estimated contract value is Rs. 47,16,800 with a time limit for completion up to 30 June 2026. This tender is open to contractors and firms duly enlisted with EPAD who possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with appropriate category and codes, along with active NTN/PNTN and GST registration.
Prospective bidders must provide bid security in the form of a Deposit at Call (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 2,35,840) generated from their scheduled bank account clearly showing the firm name in favor of Water and Sanitation Agency Vehari. The original CDR must be submitted to the Head Clerk at WASA Vehari before 1:00 PM on 16 June 2026. Bidders are required to possess active tax filer status and must comply with all Public Procurement Rules 2004 requirements. All rates must be handwritten on the printed copy of the approved DNIT; computer-filled rates or separate sheets will render the bid non-responsive and result in rejection.
Detailed bidding documents containing bidding data, terms and conditions, bill of quantities, and technical evaluation criteria are available on the EPAD portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS by uploading readable PDF files before the closing date and time in accordance with Rule 36(b) of Public Procurement Rule 2004. Bid opening will occur on 16 June 2026 at 1:30 PM in the office of Deputy Director Engineering at WASA Vehari Public Health Engineering Division in the presence of procurement committee members and prospective bidders or their representatives. Contractors must quote rates only on the approved DNIT and are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes as prescribed by the Government of Punjab.
