Description / Scope of Work
College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under a two-stage, one-envelope competitive bidding procedure from reputable contractors for the construction of the front elevation and second floor for a new extension block at the CPSP Regional Centre Lahore in Punjab. The contractor must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, hold a valid NTN, possess a Professional Tax Certificate, and demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of documented experience in similar construction work. This construction project represents a significant infrastructure development for the CPSP's regional facilities in Lahore.
Eligible contractors must submit bids on the prescribed tender form accompanied by earnest money equal to 2 percent of the bid value, which is refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The earnest money and bid documents should be submitted via Pay Order or Bank Draft made payable to College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan CPSP. Tender documents are available for collection at the CPSP Regional Centre office located next to Imrol Hospital, Block D, New Muslim Town, Lahore (Office Tel: 042-9231320-24) at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 5,000. Interested contractors may collect the tender documents along with all terms and conditions at this location.
Bid submission will take place at the CPSP Regional Centre Lahore office up to 10:30 am on June 22, 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 02:00 pm on the same day in the presence of bidders. College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
