Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), Uthal, District Lasbela, Balochistan, invites sealed tenders through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of tube well pipes and materials for tube wells at the main campus. The estimated project value is 0.750 Million Pakistani Rupees. This tender is open to original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers with valid registration certificates from Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in similar supply assignments and maintain sound financial standing as evidenced by audited reports or bank statements.
Eligibility requirements include mandatory registration with BRA/FBR, Income Tax (NTN), and Sales Tax (GST registration certificate). Self-experienced firms must provide at least one successfully completed similar assignment in previous years with supply orders and completion certificates or inspection reports. New or inexperienced firms may participate through a Memorandum of Understanding or Joint Venture with qualified partners, supported by notarized agreements. Bid security of 2 percent of the total estimated value must be submitted in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or bank draft payable to the Director Procurement of LUAWMS. Bidders must unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions and specify completion timelines in their proposals.
Tender documents are available for download from the EPADS website until 23rd June 2026. The tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) must be deposited through bank draft or online transfer to Account Title "Own Resources LUAWMS" (A/C No. PK17NBPA2161003058577877). Complete proposals must be submitted online through the EPADS PPRA Portal System before 12:00 PM on 23rd June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM the same day in the presence of the University Purchase Committee and bidders. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes.
