Solarization of 33 Water Supply Schemes across 13 Packages by PHE Division Karak-I

Eligibility is restricted to companies prequalified by the PHE Department vide Notification No. 04/CG-10/PHE(C) dated 15-09-2026. Bidders must submit original bid security in the form of a Certificate of Deposit at 2 percent of estimated cost per package, favoring the XEN PHE Division Karak-I, along with tender form fee at 0.03 percent of estimated cost (non-refundable pay order) and signed affidavits in a sealed envelope before closing time. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded separately; any technical proposal disclosing price will be rejected. Each bidder may participate in any or all 13 packages with separate bid security and form fee for each.

Bid solicitation documents including Bill of Quantities are downloadable from the E-PADS website before closing. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal only to the Office of the XEN, PHE Division Karak-I, Official Colony near Telephone Exchange, Karak. The closing date is 07 October 2026 at 11:30 AM with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 01:30 PM. Bids remain valid for 120 days from opening date. Late, incomplete, or conditional bids will be rejected, and the competent authority reserves discretion to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
