Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites competitive bids for the replacement and installation of a 02-CFS (Cubic Feet per Second) capacity tubewell at Nadia Ghee Mill, Lahore, Punjab. This procurement project has an estimated cost of Rs.24,963,580.00 and is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The project scope involves complete replacement or installation of the tubewell facility to support water supply operations in Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be contractors, firms, or companies registered on e-PADS with a valid Professional Engineers Registration (PEC) license in category C-6 or above, holding specialization in codes CE-09, CE-10, and ME-06. Bidders must be registered with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN status. The bid security requirement is 3% of estimated cost, amounting to Rs.748,907.40, which must be submitted in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, purchase order, demand draft, or banker's cheque (excluding insurance bonds) in favor of Director Procurement & Stores, WASA.
Bidding documents are available on the e-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS as PDF files before 26-06-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid evaluation. Bid validity period is 120 days. Bidders must quote actual rates against each line item in DNIT/BOQS format; percentage-based quotes will be rejected. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted to the office of Director Procurement & Stores, WASA at 59-F Gulshan-e-Ravi, Lahore by the submission deadline.
