Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites sealed bids for the installation and construction of one new 02-CFS tubewell at UC-59, Lahore, Punjab. The project is valued at Rs. 37,063,090 and is aimed at enhancing water supply infrastructure in the designated union council. This tender is issued under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, with bidding conducted exclusively through the e-PADS platform at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
Eligible bidders must be contractors, firms, or companies registered on e-PADS with a valid Professional Engineers Council (PEC) license in category C-5 or above, specializing in codes CE-09, CE-10, and ME-06. Bidders must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active filer NTN and PNTN. The bid security requirement is Rs. 1,111,892.70 (3% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, PO, demand draft, or banker cheque. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted to the Director Procurement & Stores at 59-F Gulshan-e-Ravi, Lahore by the bid closing deadline.
Bidding documents are available on the e-PADS portal for registered bidders. Bids must be submitted in PDF format through e-PADS on or before 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. This follows a Single Stage Two Envelop bidding procedure. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid evaluation. Bids remain valid for 120 days.
