Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Kasur invites sealed bids for the provision and installation of LED bulbs with SOGO (Self-Operating Gate Operator) and switches throughout the jurisdiction of MC Kasur, along with the supply of Philips LED lights to the MC Kasur store. The total estimated cost of this development scheme is Rs. 5.800 Million, with work to be executed from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 under the approved development schemes for the financial year 2025-26. The project is located in Kasur district, Punjab, and is part of the Municipal Committee's infrastructure improvement initiatives.
Eligible bidders must have their names registered on the E-PADS platform for the financial year 2025-26 and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the respective category for the same period, as per Government of Punjab directions. Bids must be accompanied by an earnest money deposit of Rs. 0.174 Million (3% of estimated cost) in the form of a CDR or pay order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Municipal Committee Kasur. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee amounting to 10% of the estimated cost within 15 days of tender opening.
Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 12:30 P.M. PST on June 29, 2026, and will be opened at 2:30 P.M. the same day in the office of Municipal Committee Kasur. Bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bidding document is also available on the PPRA Punjab website. Interested contractors should ensure their bids are complete, item-wise quoted, and accompanied by all required documentation to avoid rejection as non-responsive.
